TERMS OF USE

By purchasing one of the digital files from our store, you acquire a License to Use the product. This means that when you buy the file, you have the right to use it under the following conditions:

Personal Use:
Intended for the use of the files to produce items for personal use and non-profit purposes.

Commercial Use:
Intended for small entrepreneurs to produce items for commercialization, limited to 1,000 (one thousand) units per year, and intended only for projects delivered to the final customer.

The Licenses of Use do NOT grant, under any circumstances, the right to sublicense, distribute, donate, transfer, commercialize, resell, or share the digital files.

What you CAN do:

1. The purchased files may be used for both personal and commercial use.

2. Use our cliparts incorporated into your own digital product artwork, provided it is sold to only one client and in a way that does not allow third parties to reuse our clipart.

What you CANNOT do:

1. Files purchased from the website CANNOT be sublicensed, distributed, donated, transferred, commercialized, resold, or shared.

2. The purchased files CANNOT be traced or altered and then sold in digital format.

3. Use the images in printables or other digital products, even if they are not editable, without authorization. For this purpose, please contact us.

4. You may not use the images in logos or brand mascots.

5. The use of the images in mass-produced items is not permitted.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

The files are digital. Automatic download is released after payment approval.

After the download is completed, refunds are not possible.
